Talking about hill stations in India! The only name that comes to mind is Uttarakhand. The state of hill stations, beautiful valleys, mesmerizing waterfalls, and breathtaking views. Uttarakhand is the north Indian state crossing the Himalayan Ranges. The state is a pilgrimage hub of the country housing some major temples of lord Shiva. Here you can witness various species of birds, elephants and leopards. Adding to all these the delicious cuisines of Uttarakhand state reflect the culture and traditions of the country.   • Nainital :- It is the place that needs no introduction, Nainital. A one-stop destination for holidays.   • Haridwar :- The city on the bank of the holy river Ganga and is the biggest spiritual hub in the country. It is a very famous tourist destination, as you can experience harmony and peace on the banks of the river Ganga. With its spiritual beauty, the city is popular for its Meditation and Yoga centers. Here you can also enjoy different adventure sports like bungee jumping, river rafting, rope-ways riding, and many others.
  • Rishikesh :- The most charming and interesting city in the state. It has so much to explore and experience. Here every year thousands of tourists from around the world come to inhale the spiritual vibes of the city.   • Uttarkashi :- The most beautiful city in the state and a view in itself. The city is called Kashi of North because it also houses the Vishwanath Temple. Best time to visit Uttarakhand

When you want to explore you can explore. There is no fixed time to travel and have wonderful experiences in life. However, you can any time visit the state any and its mesmerizing hill stations. But the best time to visit Uttarakhand is in the months of March to June. During the summer season, the weather and climate here are so beautiful and perfect for sightseeing. In these months you can easily experience the various adventure sports here. Along with adventure, you can also witness the astonishing views of the flower valleys here. It is the peak season for tourist to visit the state, as every year billions of people from around the globe comes here.

Additionally, many tourists also prefer to visit during the months of September to November. It is the months of the winter season, and during this time the weather here is cold and freezing. If you are a Winter Bear you should visit her during this time. Because this is the time when you can witness the Himalayan ranges covered with white sheets.
